Another slow cooker success!

So last week I told you about the Hawaiian Chicken that I made in the slow cooker. Everyone loved it so much that I decided to make it again. Only this time I made it with pork rather than chicken.

I used the same quantities

800g cubed pork
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce

I mixed all the ingredients together in the slow cooker and then cooked on low for about 7 hours.

This is how it turned out

It was AMAZING, tender and flavourful. I thought the Chicken was lovely and I would certainly cook it again, but the pork was different, it took on a totally different flavour.

Has anyone tried this? What are your thoughts?!
