Big Farm John Deere 6190R Remote Controlled Tractor review

Britains Big Farm is a range of 1:16 scale authentic models made from high quality durable plastic. Suitable for pre-schoolers aged 3+ these chunky models are tough enough to take on any outward bound activity as well as being suitable for use inside the home. If your child can go there, Big Farm can go too!

Chester was sent the Big Farm John Deere 6190R remote controlled tractor to review.

The Tractor features all of the new styling of the real thing, it has left, right, backwards and forwards controls so you can navigate your way around the farm yard with ease! Compatible with all implements from the Big Farm range, the 6190R also boasts working cab lights and realistic engine and reversing sounds. You can even use it with the other RC items in the Big Farm range – the New Holland and Case models - as all three tractors work on different channels and so can be used at the same time. My husband said that being able to use all three tractors at the same time was awesome and a definate plus point!

Chester is 5 and had no real trouble navigating the tractor, the controls were easy to use and it glided over our wooden floor with ease. Of course we wanted to test it out on rougher terrains so it has also been on our carpet and the path outside. Even to the park and it seems to go along effortlessly! It is a substantial size and seems to be very hard wearing and sturdy. My one complaint is that it drains batteries very quickly. So I would recommend investing in some rechargeable batteries.

Overall the Tractor is a success here, Chester took to it really well, he understood the controls. He is more than happy with his new toy, the big bonus for him is that he can take it outside and use it for imaginative play games outside.
